Absolutely love this place as a customer and as a mom! Not very often you can find a car place that has its own room with toys, tv for kids and tables for you to peacefully enjoy the chaos your child might bring! Purchased a used 2020 Ram 1500 Classic. The experience was great. I was pre approved through a finance company, so the sale was fast and hassel free. The only frustration was in my AS-IS there was a break replacement, that went great and a detail because the truck smelled like smoke and was extremely dusty. The detail was just a good vaccum and air freshner sprayed. After about a week you could smell the smoke again. I’m a massive hater of car dealerships as I’ve had a lot of poor experience involving them. That being said this dealership completely changed my opinion on all dealerships being terrible. I particularly appreciated his prompt response and unwavering dedication. However, despite his efforts, we were unable to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. You would think as a sales professional, he would understand that it is crucial to prioritize customer satisfaction. If you encounter difficulties in reaching a final sale price, consider offering a compromise that aligns with the customer’s needs rather than abandoning the transaction abruptly.

Wife and I needed a second 3rd row SUV. They contacted me the same day I inquired on a Grand Cherokee L and worked with Jake who was awesome. Changing status… Michael Williams was FANTASTIC to work with! ZERO pressure!! He listened to me and found exactly what I was looking for. His follow through is far less desirable. I have had issues getting my title sent to the DMV because he didn’t run my card. Now my plates are over due. When I tried contacting him, he passed the buck. Very disappointing. Juan in finance picked up the slack so I left 3 stars.
I had some issues with services on my Jeep but I will say that Tim K in the service department was very professional and took care of everything.

Wow. Seriously, wow. I don't often use that word to describe a dealership (vs a restaurant) but wow. From my intake technician (Mitch), to the courtesy shuttle driver, (Chip), I could not have asked for better customer service. My auto concerns were quickly addressed, & text updates sent, identifying critical issues, along with future work on the horizon. Had a time trying to find entrance yo the service area. Other than that, when I go to my regular location in Council Bluffs, I am asked if I want my filters checked and changed if needed, wipers as well, and asked about a tire rotation however, I was not asked any of these things at this location. There were beverages offered but no water that I could see, in this heat, cold water would have been nice. Outside of these things, everyone was polite and there were no issues with the service I received.
